Partial Wedding Planning
6-8 Months Before
You have a venue and other major vendors booked, but want help to source those last few things to make your day extra special. I’ll bring it all together for you, write up your itineraries, sort out vendor logistics + help with floor plans and any other last-minute jobs.
The Lead Up
You have everything booked but want someone in the final lead up to make sure everything is in order including confirming vendor contracts, logistics of set up + pack down at the venue, create + distribute your itineraries + floor plans to your vendors/family members etc.
On the Day Coordinator
Your Wedding is planned! And now you need someone to make sure that all your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed! I’ll contact your vendors 2 weeks prior to confirm proceedings for the day. I’ll be there on the day to ensure everything is how you envisioned! I’ll set up place cards, menus and everything in between. I’ll coordinator all your suppliers and make sure that things are in order + on time. I’ll be there to coordinate the Ceremony + Reception so that all you have to do is enjoy every single moment of your Wedding Day!! Take the time to look into your partners eyes + watch on as your family + friends revel in your love!
